She was predeceased by: her husband Dillard Cox Sr.; her sons, Dillard Cox Jr. and Timothy Charles Cox; her parents, William Riley Moses and Mary Ruth Moses; her siblings, Shirley Moses (Estelle), Theodore Moses (Edna), Felix Moses (Margie), Andrew Moses (Barbara), Truman Moses (Joan) and Calestine Moses Davis; her sister-in-law Brenda Moses; her son-in-law Bobby Joe Davis; and her close friend Linda Lawson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Rosalee Cox Davis (David "Buck" Carr) and Rebecca Ruth Cox Lickliter (Robbie); her grandchildren, Brooke Meadors, Abigail Hicks (Connor) and Kevin Moses; her great grandchildren, Madison Moses, Skylar Moses, Aiden Moses (Hallie), Brody Moses and Coby Moses; her great great grandchildren, Brena Moses and Everlee Moses; and her siblings, Kermit Moses (Vera), Rommell Moses (Aretta), Carl Moses, Flonnie Bishop and Carolyn Moses. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Ellison Funeral Home (512 Main St, Williamsburg, KY 40769). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
