He is survived by: his wife Cathy Tackett; his son Luke Tackett; his sister Barbara Ratliff (Albert); his aunt Verna Hill; his siblings-in-law, Jerry Davis (Georgia), Darrell Johnson (Wilma), Lisa Bowman, Ann Lawson and Fay Swank; and his nieces and nephews, Vic Tackett, Corey Tackett, Susan Mink, Beth Mink Gambrell (Troy), Cindy Tackett, Jennifer Davis, Tanya Dye, Justin Lawson, Christine Johnson, John Johnson, Trenton Lawson, Brady Bowman and Cindy Paul.
