She is survived by: her husband Vernon Shelley; her sister Georgia Lowe (Willard); her children, Richard Alan Gibbs (Angie) and Aneisa Rolen (Curtis); her grandchildren, Larry Alan Gibbs (Shea), Bethany Foley (Brent), Logan Gibbs and Hailey McDonald; and her great grandchildren, Julie Karsyn Gibbs, Benjamin Lee Foley, Lola Beth Foley, Jack Michael Foley and Luke Alan Foley. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
