She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Shelton and Nervie Shelton (Lawson); her siblings, Reba Huggins, Ruth Shelton and Carl Shelton; and her nephew Randy Petrey.
She is survived by: her siblings, Zelma Petrey of Williamsburg Kentucky, Wilma Fuson of Frakes Kentucky and J. T. Shelton (Mary) of Williamsburg Kentucky; and her siblings' children, Phyllis Desmond (Fran), Jamie Shelton, Teresa Fuson, Tommy Petrey, Wayne Fuson, Bobby Shelton and Jeffrey Shelton.
Visitation was held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Croley Funeral Home (103 S 2nd St, Williamsburg, KY 40769). A funeral service was held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the John Lawson Cemetery.
