He is survived by: his sons, Wayne Perkins (Sharon) and Dr. Eddie Perkins (Keisha); his grandchildren, Suzanna Perkins, Cody Perkins (Sarah), Taylor Price (Josh), Emily Perkins, Tess Perkins and Shaeleigh Perkins; and his great grandchild Creed Price. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and a host of relatives and friends.
