He is survived by: his wife Terry Wells of Williamsburg, KY; his sons, Travis Wells (Ashley) of Williamsburg, KY and Joshua Wells (Amandra) of Williamsburg, KY; his grandchildren, Jeremiah Wells, Isaac Wells and Naomi Wells; and his brothers, Henry Wells of Williamsburg, KY and William Hamblin of Williamsburg, KY. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and a host of relatives and friends.
