He is survived by: his grandchildren, Alexis, Amilya, Kiera, Rylee, Dominic, Trinity Campbell, Eli Heathwole and Trevor Leach; his great grandchild Cecilia Campbell; his sister Linda of Williamsburg, KY; his close friend Kenneth Sawyers of Williamsburg, KY.; and his brother-in-law Rick Petrey.
