He is survived by : his wife Joni Cooper of Williamsburg; his son Russell Cooper Jr. of Williamsburg; and his siblings, Barbara Gail Lay of Newcomb, Sherry Cox (James) of Fairview, Wanda Capps (Jim) of Keswick, Pam Siler (Jeff) of Saxton, Ellen Davis (Lewis) of Saxton, Roger of Keswick and Gary Cooper of Keswick.
