He is survived by: his wife Ashley Moses of Williamsburg, KY; his children, Shawn Moses of Williamsburg, KY, Serenity Moses of Williamsburg, KY, Mikayla Lay (Daven Davenport) of Williamsburg, KY, Skyler Elliott (Whitney) of Jellico, TN, Abby Campbell (Samuel) of Pioneer, TN and Amilia Keisling of Williamsburg, KY; his grandchildren, Zaelyn, Madelyn, Colten, Bryson and Adeline; his daughter Nyah Lay (Josh) of Pioneer, TN; and his brother Scott Scott (Allison) of Colorado. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and a host of relatives and friends.
