He is survived by: his children, Patricia Elmore, Marsha Light (Rusty) of Nancy, KY, James Baldwin (Treasa) of Somerset, KY and Victor Baldwin II of Williamsburg, KY; his grandchildren, Jessica Elmore, Shaina Elmore, Mike Walker, Garrett Elmore Jr., Gary Elmore, Cody Light, Johnathan Goodman, Cory Light, Elijah Goodman, Joshua Light and John Rose; his great grandchildren, Aleah Elmore, Aubrey Elmore, Liam Elmore, Kylin Coomer, Isaac Light and Tristan Stephens; and his sister Selma Terrell.
