He was predeceased by: his parent Ules; his son John Wayne Meadows; his siblings, Hazel Croley, Brenda Hart, Joyce Meadows and Glen Meadows; his stepgrandson Logan Purvis; and his great grandchild Nathaniel Gibson.
He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Meadows of Williamsburg, KY; his daughter Jennifer Taylor; his siblings, Sue Burchwell (Roy) of Lebanon, OH, Gary Meadows (Billie) of Edgefield, SC and Les Meadows (Becky); his stepchildren, Tara Baker (Chris) of Middletown, OH, Denise Miller of Cincinnati, OH and Ronnie Gentry (Jenny) of Cincinnati, OH; his grandchildren, Dustyn Taylor, Bradyn Wayne Taylor, Jessica Meadows and Brandi Meadows; his stepgrandchildren, Cameron Baker, Grace Baker, Brooklyn Purvis, Alex Gentry and Kaleb Gentry; and his great grandchildren, Bryson, Leah, Chevie, Johnna, Miracle, Bailey, Ava, Adalynn and Payton. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
