She is survived by: her children, Teresa Williams (Bill) of Corbin, KY and Michael Baird (Maureen) of Williamsburg, KY; her grandchildren, Heather Chadwell (Chris) of East Bernstadt, KY, Tiffany Potillo (Mike) of Bradenton, FL, Sarah Newsome (Richard) of Scottsdale, AZ. and Brandon Boyd (Courtney) of Somerset, KY; her great grandchildren, Trae Fiedler, Blaine Wyatt, Mason Boyd, Gavin Chadwell, Briley Jo Boyd, Sophie Potillo, Truss Newsome, Rocco Potillo and Finley Boyd; her siblings, Bill Perkins (Alice) of Williamsburg, KY, Archie Perkins of Williamsburg, KY, Roy Perkins (Nadine) of Williamsburg, KY, Retha Walter of Cincinnati, Kathryn Hoffman (John) of Winchester, KY and Patricia Bordes (Gerard) of Winchester, KY.; and her sister-in-law Bessie Lou Perkins.
