He is survived by: his daughter Carrie Leland; and his stepchildren, Debra Gantzer (Tom), Diane Reed (Geoff), Scott Pierce (Sandy) and Charles Pierce (Connie). He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery - North (206 Eibeck Ln, Williamstown, KY 41097).
