She is survived by: her mother Deborha Lynn White Perkins of Burlington; her daughter Kaitlynn Carman (Justin) of Dry Ridge; her brother Christopher Joseph White (Ashley) of Williamstown; her stepson Jake Salyers of Williamstown; her grandchildren, Kadence Daugherty, Sylas Carman and Waylon Carman; her mother-in-law Linda Salyers; and her siblings-in-law, Donald "Spider" Salyers and Melinda "Babe" Miller (Brian).
