He was predeceased by: his mother Elaine Hammond Caldwell. He is survived by: his wife Amy Clark Caldwell; his children, Timothy Webster, Trinity Webster, Emily Webster and Kylee Webster; his father Gerald Glenn Caldwell; his brother Mark Caldwell; and his nephew Lincoln Caldwell.
