She is survived by: her children, Josh Willoughby (Emily) and Kesha Willoughby (Chad Terry); her grandchildren, Aramis Linvlle-Willoughby, Emma Willoughby, Peyton Lavender and Peja Lavender; her nephew Ryan Lewis; and her significant other Tommy Combs.
