He is survived by: his wife Regina Smith; his children, Michael C. Smith (Stephanie) of Huntsville, AL, Jason M. Smith (Timothy Rau) of Colorado Springs, CO, Joshua P. Smith (Ashley) of Georgetown, KY and Tammy L. Struble (Don) of Roundtree, TX; his siblings, Gary Russell Smith (Beth) of Dry Ridge, KY, Dallas W. Smith of Alexandria, KY, Edith Farthing (Jim) of Hamilton, OH and Alta Faye Horton (Eddie) of Hamilton, OH; and his sister-in-law Teresa Sandlin of Jackson County, KY. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
