He is survived by: his parents, Emma Elizabeth West Parks and Edwin Leo Parks; his daughters, Tina Faul (Jeff) of Independence, KY, Shannon Weiland (Jozsef) of Williamstown, KY and Leah Bennett (Doug) of Corinth, KY; his sister Janet Mullikin (Bob) of Florence, KY; and his grandchildren, Jozsef Weiland (Megan), Michael Henry Parks, Christopher Weiland (Jennelline), Daniel Weiland, D. J. Bennett (Vanessa), Amanda Rayburn (Quinton), Nicholas Weiland and Kody Bennett (Summer). He is also survived by his family, especially his grandchildren.
A reception will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church (3575 Sweet Owen Rd, Owenton, KY 40359). A burial will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Corbin Eli Family Cemetery (1202 Mason Sipple Rd, Williamstown, KY 41097).
