She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Earl Faulkner and Elsie Perkins Faulkner; and her siblings, Jouett, Emery, Roger, Billy, Roy, Courtland, Leon Kaywood, Virginia Faulkner, Mildred Faulkner, Nancy Mineo, Thelma Henry and Myrtle Chaney.
She is survived by: her sons, Mark A. Croy of Corinth, KY, Michael "Mike" E. Croy (Claudia) of Williamstown, KY and Steve A. Croy (Michele) of Dry Ridge, KY; and her brother Jack Faulkner. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren.
