He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Fred and Deloris Mae Applegate Cook; and his sister Frances Cook. He is survived by: his siblings, Terry Cooke of Rabbit Hash, KY, Martha Greive of Harrodsburg, KY and Rena Anderson of Crittenden, KY. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Elliston-Stanley Funeral Homes (500 N Main St, Williamstown, KY 41097).
