He is survived by: his parents, Leslie Lee and Cardenis Carlisle; his son James Leslie Carlisle, II of Cynthiana; his sister Susan Leslie Bentley (Adam) of Dry Ridge; his granddaughter Kaylee Carlisle; his girlfriend Jennifer Brown of Brooksville, OH; and his niece Samantha Leslie Ambrose of Walton. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation was held on Sunday, August 23rd 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home (500 N Main St, Williamstown, KY 41097). A funeral service was held on Monday, August 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
