He is survived by: his mother Shelia Shank; his father-in-law Nathan; his fiancée Stephanie Medley; his fiancée's son Levi Atlas; his siblings, Shawn Gardner, Mark Lawless (Ashley) and Kayleen Cammack (Aaron Arlinghaus); his grandmother Syliva Gardner; and his uncles, Martin Gardner (Jodi), Colin Gardner and Malcolm Gardner. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
