He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernie Barker and Dicie Baker Barker; and his brothers, Bill Barker and Denny Barker. He is survived by: his fiancée Valerie Rogg of Falmouth, Kentucky; his stepchildren, Bill Barker (Tracy) of Cynthiana, Kentucky, Erica Barker of Burlington, Angela Barker of Newport and Amber Ashcraft of Hopkinsville, Kentucky; and his sisters, Deborah Barrett of Florence and Heather Phlips (Kris) of Williamstown. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
