She is survived by: her parents, Albert Phillips and Amber Edmonson (Thomas Worthington); her siblings, Albert Phillips IV, Zagan Worthington and Harmony Worthington; her uncles, Chris Newcomb (Meagan) and Sean Edmonson (Liz); her aunt Sabrina Phillips; and her grandparents, Charlotte King (Oletta Jackson), Albert Phillips (April) and Broadus Edmonson.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Peoples Funeral Home (8340 US Hwy 27, Butler, KY 41006). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Peoples Funeral Home-Butler (8340 US Hwy 27, Butler, KY 41006).
