He was predeceased by: his parents, Hilda Kerl and Paul Kerl; his wife Kathy Kerl; and his siblings, Dorothy Goebel, Rose-Laughlin-Goebel, JoAnn Wilke, Bobby Kerl and William Kerl.
He is survived by: his sisters, Patsy Leveridge, Betty Boese and Pauline Stambaugh; his sons, Eric (Rachel) and Jason (Elizabeth); and his grandchildren, Alexus, Skylur, Jaxson and Waylon.
The inurnment was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North (205 Eibeck Ln, Williamstown, KY 41097).
