She was predeceased by: her husband Elmer "Bus" Holt; and her parents, Martha Perkins and Lonnie Welch. She is survived by: her children, David "Joey" Holt (Angie), Tom A. Holt, Ron W. Holt and Shirley Ann Holt; her siblings, Goble "Ebbie" Perkins (Ruth), Delbert Perkins (Brenda), Judy Shepperd (Mark), Sandy Smith (Warren), Joyce Rabe and Linda Onkst; her sisters-in-law, Lorine Woodall and Nina Jean Jones; her stepfather Goble Perkins; and her sister Jean Bergfeld. She is also survived by her three sons, daughter, and an extended family.
