He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Miller and Ruth Miller; his wife Marilyn Rhine; and his siblings, Cletus Miller, Elmo Miller and Shirley Keller.
He is survived by: his sister Bonnie Smith; and his children, Jacqueline Munson, Julie Wier and Phillip Miller. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; and many extended family members and friends.
