He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Clifton Miller and Roberta M. Miller. He is survived by: his sons, David Warren Miller and Mark Mansfield Miller (Kelly); his grandchildren, Brooke Trowel, Leah Townsend, Zoey Miller, Maya Miller and David Miller, Jr.; and his great grandchildren, Iris Geronimo and Euri Rice. He is also survived by cousins, extended family, and close friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the O. L. Hughes and Sons Mortuary (322 E Third St, Lexington, KY 40508). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
