Roger Dale Smith Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Roger Dale Smith of Wilmore, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 30, 2026 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Smith and Emma Smith; his son Brian David Smith; and his brothers, Frank and Wesley Carroll.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Smith; his son Roger William Smith; his daughter-in-law Tammy McQueary (John); his grandsons, Tyler and Damon Smith; his siblings, George Edward Carroll, Elizabeth Joseph, Stella Schagane (Sue) and Della Smith (Peanut); his stepsons, Wyatt Wilson (Tasha), Donny Wilson and Doug Wilson (Candy); and his stepgrandchildren, James, Blake, Jaisa, Jae, Rocco and Phoenix Wilson. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
