He was predeceased by: his parents, Harlie Osborne and Mary Elsie Plowman Osborne; and his sisters, Edith Osborne and Thedus Puckett. He is survived by: his wife Helen Margaret Barnes Osborne; his daughters, Penny Kelley (Andy Newton) and Rebecca Young (Jason); and his grandchild Kenra Ashley Kelley.
