He is survived by : his daughters, Jillian Marie Kazee (Sovanara Ker) of Sanford and Jessica Leeann Kazee of Hamilton; his wife Paula Braden Kazee; his half-brother Thomas Strehler of Austria; his sister Betty Kazee of Danville; his half-sister Sue Starr (Joe) of Pikeville; and his pet Zoey Ashe.
