He was predeceased by : his sister-in-law Sylvia Wade. He is survived by : his children, Nicholas and Gabrielle Wade; his wife Kimberly; his grandson Leland Worthington; his brothers, Darren Wade (Susan) and Brian Wade; his nephew Bennett Wade; and his niece Reyna Wade.
