He is survived by : his wife Penny Rankin Parks; his daughters, Bonnie Parks, Melinda Parks and Jessica Gough (Jon); his grandchildren, Melaney Parks, Keith Boggs, KayLee Davis, Kara Babb, Ethan Gough, John Mason and Evan Gough; his great grandchild BrookeLynn Parks; and his siblings, Clifford Parks, Mary Lou Perkins, Teresa Wessling, Vicki Ramsey, Barbara Crews, Kenneth Wayne Parks, Gina Johnson, Kim Lyons and Missy Parks. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
