He is survived by: his wife Trula Horvath; his children, Shelly Vaughn (Jaime) and John Horvath; his grandchildren, Kiersen Terry (Eric) and Patchen Vaughn; his great grandchild Oliver Terry; his siblings, Margaret Billadeau (Gerald), Ernie Horvath, Eugene Horvath (Annette) and Norman Horvath; and his sister-in-law Vickie Brutscher (Ron). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
