He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Combs (Greg) of Happy, KY, Sandra Caudill (Johnny) of Jeff, KY, Sharon Roark (Glen) of Owingsville, KY, Terrill Caudill of Campton, KY, Jackie Caudill of Vicco, KY and Bill Caudill (Kathy) of Vicco, KY; and his nephew Friends.
