He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Million Kelley and Pearl Eugene York Kelley. He is survived by: his wife Janice Elaine Garner Kelley; his sons, Jason Kelley, Brandon Kelley (Jessika) and Mackenzie Kelley (Courtney); his grandchildren, Maddie "Little Maddie" Kelley, Oliver Kelley and Holly Kelley; and his siblings, Ken Kelley (Bonnie), Kathy Cooper (Art) and Vaughn Kelley (Teresa). He is also survived by several extended family members and many dear friends.
In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to Trinity Church of God – Building Fund 285 Winn Avenue, Winchester, KY 40391.
