She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. Don C. McFadden, Jr.; her parents, Guy Whitney Perkins and Annie Carlton Perkins; and her siblings, Whitney Perkins and Patricia Perkins Sholar.
She is survived by: her children, Laurie McFadden Miller (Bobby) and Don C. McFadden, III (Beth) of Winchester, Kentucky; her granddaughters, Susan Keffer (Michael) of Winchester, Kentucky, Laura Anne McFadden (Sam) of Chicago, Illinois, Sarah McFadden Barrett of Winchester, Kentucky, Caroline Miller Little (Austin) of Lexington, Kentucky and Catherine Miller Young (Ben) of Albuquerque; and her great grandchildren, Mary Beth Keffer, Benjamin Barrett, Piper Little, Nora Little, Griffin Little and Eliza Young. She is also survived by six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
