He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Williams and Emma Faye Castle Williams. He is survived by: his wife Tonya Marie Wise Williams; his siblings, David Williams of Lancaster, Kentucky and Teresa McKenzie of Augusta; and his stepsons, Leroy Gaylord of South Carolina and Aaron Wise of Winchester, Kentucky.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 9:00 AM and from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Jones-Preston Funeral Home (807 S Mayo Trail, Paintsville, KY 41240). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at the Williams Cemetery.
