It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bruce Scott of Winchester, Kentucky, who passed away on October 28, 2022, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his fathers, Alvin Noble and Donald Scott; and his stepdaughter Carla Francis Osborne. He is survived by: his wife Eula Mae Tackett Scott; his daughters, Tammy Michelle Obrecht and Hannah Rose Scott; his grandchildren, Cashton, Forrest, Caleb and Aiden (Olivia); his sons, Russell Kirkland (Robin) and Michael Bias (Shilo); and his sister Marla Hubbard. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
