He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Isaac Shelby and Marion Cantrill Moores; his wife Linda Guilfoil Moores; his daughters, Leslie Wise (Shane) of Lexington and Erin Litteral (Kevin) of Winchester; his grandchildren, Elaina, Neil, Makenzie and Khloe; and his pet Bailey June.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Charlie's memory to Southland Christian Church's Dollar Club or Fairy Tails Pet Adoptions of Winchester.
