We are sad to announce that on February 19, 2024, at the age of 65, Cindy K. Shearer (Winchester, Kentucky) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Elmer Haggard and Betty Dixon Haggard. She is survived by : her son Chris Shearer (Holly) of Richmond; her granddaughters, Olivia and Lucy Shearer; her uncles, Les Dixon (Angie), Roy Haggard Jr. and Glenn Haggard (Kay); and her caregiver Donna Conner.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made to the Clark County Animal Shelter.
