He was predeceased by: his parents, Cledis Rice and Carrie Rice; and his siblings, Charles "Chuck" Rice and Coretta "Lou" Thompson. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis McCarty Rice; and his siblings, Gerri Current, Char Strong, Patricia Jensen, Primadean Drin, Debbie May and Bill Rice. He is also survived by seven beautiful grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
