He is survived by: his wife Amy Loyall Scalf; his children, Sophie Grace, Aiden Joseph, Haley Elizabeth, Wyatt Benjamin, Steven Daniel and Rachael Olivia Scalf; his brother Donald Harrison Scalf (Melanie); his nephews, Adam, Griffin and Owen Scalf; his sister-in-law Mary Ellen Loyall (Steven Scott); his nephews, Samuel and Wiley Scott; and his mother-in-law Darlene Loyall.
