She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Jr. Lockard and Dorothy Shoemaker Lockard; and her son Dylan Gayhart. She is survived by: her husband Don Gayhart; her daughter Sarah Guerrero (Andrew); her grandson Micah Guerrero; and her brothers, Gary Lockard (Diane), Rick Lockard (Tina) and Tom Lockard (Julie). She is also survived by her family, raising her children with love and nurturing her grandchild.
