He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Scrivner and Beatrice Hall Estes; his wife Wyoma Estes; and his sister Janet Sidwell. He is survived by: his sons, Timothy Estes (Charlotte) of Portland, Tommy Estes (Diana) of Winchester and James Estes (Samantha) of Pittsboro; and his sister Karen Abney (Greg). He is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Clarmont Memorial Gardens (3000 Mt Sterling Rd, Winchester, KY 40391).
