He was predeceased by: his parents, Fenton Waugh and Faye Waugh of Huntington; and his siblings, Okey Waugh, Elton Waugh and Harlan Waugh.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo Waugh; his children, Jerry Waugh (Marcia), Christopher Waugh (Angie), Julia Waugh-Vice (Charles) and Jason Waugh (Dot Kerr); and his grandchildren, Kyle Greene (Desiree), Rachel Vause (Todd), Britney Maines (Carman), Krista Horning (Rodney), Joshua Waugh (Susie), Austin Vice, Kristian Maynard (Aaron) and Brett.
