He is survived by: his wife Janey; his daughters, Eugenia Fields and Pamela Maynard (Wesley); his grandchildren, Chris Fields, Beth Boyd and Josh Maynard; his great grandchildren, Laryn, Baleigh, McKenzie, Alliey and Braelynn; his great great grandchildren, Ryleigh, Reese and Colten; and his sister Melva Grace Clevinger. He is also survived by several nieces, and nephews.
