She is survived by: her husband Ralph Lee Ballard; her children, William Ballard (Sue), John Ballard (Dawn) and Marcia Ballard; her grandsons, Stephen Ballard (Jacqueline), Anthony Ballard (Ashley) and Mason Ballard; her great grandchildren, Ivy, Saige, Archer, David and Emily Ballard; her stepgrandchild Layne McCarty; and her close friends, Tammy South and Judy McCleod. She is also survived by numerous extended family members and dear friends.
