He was predeceased by: his parents, Coleman Howard and Relda Berryman Howard Burkhart; his brothers, Lewis Howard, Eugene Howard and Kenneth Howard; and his brother-in-law Murrel Cecil.
He is survived by: his wife Imogene Adams Howard; his children, Bryan Howard (Chris) and Tanna Howard; his grandchildren, Justin Watts (Whitley), Ashley Eversole (Matt), Austin Howard (Ashley) and Courtney Thomas (Jansen); his great grandchildren, Weylin, Bailey, Coleman, Cashton, Skylar, Leland, Lane, Kinslee, Brody and Hudson; and his sister Sheila Cecil. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
