He was predeceased by: his parents, George Crouch and Nettie Jackson Crouch. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Burgess Crouch; his children, Jacqueline Calk (John), Tony Crouch (Sara) and Kelly Goff; and his sister Rachel Burgess. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
